Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Marrakech – Zagora

Depart Marrakech, heading through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the Atlas Mountains. Explore the historical Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Travel through the scenic Draa Valley, arriving in Zagora for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Zagora – Erg Chigaga

Stop at Tamegroute, famous for its green pottery and historic Koranic library. Journey into the desert, riding camels across the majestic Erg Chigaga dunes. Spend the night in a traditional desert camp under the stars.

Day 3 Erg Chigaga – Ouarzazate

Enjoy a sunrise camel trek and explore the desert by 4×4. Cross the dry lakebed of Iriqui and pass through the village of Foum Zguid. Stay overnight in Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Morocco.

Day 4 Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Discover Kasbah Taourirt and tour the famous Atlas Film Studios. Return to Marrakech in the late afternoon via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, marking the end of your Best Erg Chigaga From Marrakech tour.
